Meet Carol Stanford

Carol Stanford provides concierge-level real estate services to her clients who are selling and purchasing homes in San Diego County. She has lived in Coronado since 1980, was born and raised in Southern California and comes from a family of builders and developers exposing Carol at a young age to the many facets of the housing market.

​​​​​​​Prior to acquiring her real estate license, Carol owned a successful commercial photography studio, worked in radio for Westinghouse Broadcasting as an Advertising & Promotions Manager, giving her expertise in marketing which has worked hand-in-hand with her real estate career. It has also helped with her eye for design and staging homes for clients. With 17 years in the real estate business she has the background and experience necessary to ensure the service she provides is what her clients have come to expect from a dedicated REALTOR®.

Carol holds four designations granted to REALTORS® that provide exceptional service to their clients. Carol is an Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR®), a Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and holds a designation in Common Interest Developments (CID).
