Meet Carol Stanford
Carol Stanford provides concierge-level real estate services to her clients who are selling or purchasing homes in San Diego County; with Coronado, the Coastal Corridors, and Downtown/Metro areas being her emphasis. She has lived in Coronado since 1980, was born and raised in Southern California and comes from a family of builders and developers, exposing Carol at a young age to the many facets of the housing market. Prior to acquiring her real estate license, Carol co-owned a successful advertising/commercial photography studio that catered to major national and international corporations, including domestic & visiting dignitaries. Carol also worked for Westinghouse Broadcasting as an Advertising & Promotions Manager, responsible for overseeing a multi-million dollar budget, winning awards for her creative concepts on and off-air, giving her expertise in managing a marketing department, supporting the sales staff, working with advertising agencies and graphic designers, which has catapulted her real estate career. With over 14 years in the real estate business she has the background and experience necessary to ensure the service she provides is what her clients have come to expect from a top notch REALTOR®. Carol holds four designations granted to REALTORS® that provide exceptional service to their clients. Carol is an Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR®), a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource specialist (SFR®), holds a designation in Common Interest Developments (CID) and is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Carol’s level of service provided to all her clients has resulted in her being named a “Five Star Professional” by San Diego Magazine seven times.
